Marcia Gay Harden

Marcia Gay Harden, born 14 August 1959 in La Jolla (California), was the third daughter of five. Beverly Bushfield was her mother. She, worked as a housewife as Thad Harold harden was in the army. The first time she became interested in the theatre when she lived alongside her parents in Greece and going to plays in Athens. Harden began her studies in Europe at American colleges and eventually moved to the US in order to finish her degree at the University of Texas. In 1983, Harden earned her MFA from NYU. Miller's Crossing was the Coen Brothers hilarious satirical tribute of the gangster film from 1990, Miller's Crossing. Although she had been in film in the year 1986 (in The Imagemaker, a lesser-known film The Imagemaker), she appeared as a seductive woman-of-the-world in her first role in the mainstream. Harden was widely praised by critics for her stunning performance as Verna. Harden then worked in supporting characters. Harden was the lead character in Ava Gardner, a TV biopic on Frank Sinatra.
